Windows Integration Specification

If you have ordered a Windows system to be integrated by DTR, please fill in the following blanks and then click the Submit button found at the buttom of this page.

Enter your name (REQUIRED)
Enter your company name (REQUIRED)
Enter your email address (optional)
Type an identifying phrase so we will know which system or site this info applies to (eg end-user company name, address, and/or server function)

It is usually possible, for a period of time, to downgrade the Windows Operating System from what you ordered. Please indicate the Operating System that we should install:

Do you want 32 or 64 bit? 64 bit is faster but some older applications will only run under a 32 bit OS. Windows 2008 non-R2 is the last server available in 32 bit. Windows 2008 R2 (and future servers) are only available in 64 bit. Do you need the R2 version? If disks are in a RAID array, setup this RAID level:

Disk Drive 0 (where the Operating System will be installed)

Enter the desired Admin user name (for better security, avoid admin or administrator)

     Note: you can always change from Per Server to Per Seat later but not vice versa.

Enter the desired computer name for this system (default: win200Xsvr, e.g. win2003svr)

Administator password (at least 8 chars w/ upper, lower, digits, and punctuation)

first NIC card (ethernet) or leave the default DTR test values: 10.1.1.200 255.0.0.0
Check this to get dynamic IP info via DHCP and ignore the following 4 items:
IP address
Network mask
Default gateway or leave blank to set this later
DNS server or leave blank to set this later

second NIC card (if any) or leave the default DTR test values: 192.168.20.100 255.255.255.0
Check this to get dynamic IP info via DHCP and ignore the following 2 items:
IP address (cannot be in same subnet as first NIC)
Network mask

Will this system be the Primary Domain Controller?
