UnixWare 7 Integration Specification

If you have ordered a SCO UnixWare 7 system to be integrated by DTR, please fill in the following blanks and then fax or email it to DTR as follows:

or email the info to DTR integration as follows: 
   fill out the form
   click: Edit (in your browser)
   Select All
   Ctrl+C (to copy to the clip board)
   Compose/Create an email message to: 
      integration@dtrbus.com 
   paste your filled out form into that email
   send the email.

Enter the desired system name (max 8 characters, no punctuation)

Type something to identify which system or site this info applies to (eg end-user company name, address, and/or server function)

If we integrate the system with a mouse and you remove the mouse later, the system bios may get confused, reassign IRQ's and refuse to boot. To prevent such problems, we recommend that you always connect the mouse and just disable the GUI, if desired, so it can be re-enabled later. For example, if you have an Adaptec 3200 RAID controller, the GUI Storage Manager utility provides information and options not available elsewhere.

Note: A RAID subsystem will usually appear to be one big drive 0.
